I'm thinking maybe I need to install wind instrumentation on Maggie....
and the obvious choice is the Raymarine ST40 to match the existing ST40 Depth/Speed Log...
...particularly if Maggie ends up as shiny as that boat!!
Hi Tim , the wind instrument in your blog is a great toy though unfortunately an overkill as it is overpriced for what you get and set up time could be spent installing your new hatch . The prefered present ( and by the way HAPPY BIRTHDAY ) would be a trailing genny , similar costing and will keep those bateries fully charged . Bob .

ReplyDeleteI don't really think I need a trailing generator...besides if we analysed every $ we spent on our boats we wouldn't have the boats in the first place...
